Easy Peasy Chicken Pie

I wanted to share my recipe for easy peasy chicken pie... it looks far more complicated than it actually is...

In your slow cooker (you can do it in a pan if you don't have one)
add... a tin of chicken soup.
3 raw chicken breasts chopped into bite size chunks
a handful of peas
4 mushrooms sliced
and half an onion

Cook on high until the chicken is cooked in a slow cooker cook for about 3-4 hours keep check the sauce doesn't burn or stick you may need to add a small amount of water.

Once cooked put into a pie dish and use ready made puff pastry over the top of the chicken. Then use an egg to add an egg wash over the pastry. This will give you a nice golden colour when cooked.

pop in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 oc. ..... done! I'm a veggie but my kids all eat meat and there are never any left overs with this. make potatoes or veggies to go with it
